Job Description

This role will be responsible for invoice scanning and vendor master data maintenance.

Job description

  • Responsible for invoice handling and scanning;
  • Ensure that all invoices are accurately scanned and attributed to the correct legal entities and vendor codes;
  • Understand Ahlstrom’s purchasing process and usage of purchase orders (PO);
  • Maintain vendor master data and make changes when requested;
  • Perform day-to-day tasks in other processes if needed;
  • Participate in process development and FSC development projects when requested;
  • Other tasks requested by Team leader.

Requirements

  • Professional approach to work;
  • Good analytical skills and attention to details;
  • Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel),
  • Good language skills both written and spoken in English
  • Secondary education degree;
  • Educational background in accounting / economics (Bachelor’s degree)is an asset;
  • Ability to work in a team.
