AP Vendor Performance Lead

As AP Vendor Performance Lead, you will be the key link between Etex's external AP service providers and internal business stakeholders, ensuring service performance is tracked, issues get resolved, and AP processes stay aligned with global standards.

This is a governance role, not an operational one. You won't be processing invoices. Instead, you'll be the person who holds service providers accountable, drives structured performance reviews, and acts as the trusted point of contact for AP across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor external service provider performance against contracted KPIs and SLAs (payment timeliness, invoice quality, query resolution)
• Lead regular operational and performance review meetings
• Act as the primary escalation point for business users and external providers
• Ensure AP processes align with global P2P standards and internal controls
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports
• Identify improvement opportunities based on data and root-cause analysis
• Support automation and AP transformation initiatives alongside the Global Process Owner (GPO)
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal controls and VAT/tax requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience (invoice processing, bookings, controls)
• Background as an AP team lead, AP manager or BPO Manager, process-driven, not purely people-management focused
• Experience working in an international company environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable handling escalations and giving structured, fact-based feedback to external providers
• English at C1 level
