Application Engineer (Episerver)

I am Agneta Andersson and I’m leading a great bunch of people in the Enterprise development and Support systems within Enterprise Services. We work as international team, working across Sweden, Finland and now – expanding to Vilnius, Lithuania. We are looking for Application Engineers (Episerver) to join our Collaboration team. Your next challenge?

As a member of my team you would be responsible for developing and maintaining applications used for storing documentation of the whole Teliacompany! You would belong to a team with very talented and skilled colleagues.

Daily, weekly, monthly activities

• Work with platform reachable by teliacompany.com
• Monitor the status of the platform via Azure and act if needed, handle any service requests related to the platform
• Support stakeholders on any queries that they might have on the site or tickets
• Work with tickets (JIRA) prioritized by business owner
• Attend weekly operational meeting with ISM and team members
• Attend and report status in the monthly meeting
• Work in Agile environment
• Handle communication towards EPI server

You have a passion for the combination of IT and collaboration in a big enterprise matrix organization. To fit in the role you have knowledge of IT applications. To enjoy the role you need to be flexible, open-minded and up for multi-tasking as there is a lot ongoing, tasks vary from day to day and priorities may change quickly.
