Right now, we are looking for an Application specialist to Enterprise Effectiveness team.
I am Andrius Almanis and I am leading Enterprise Effectiveness unit in Telia Company. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.
Your next challenge?
Enterprise Effectiveness team in Telia IT is the owner of multiple applications in Request Management area used by Telia group companies in Nordics and Baltics.
This is a job that calls for someone who understand IT, business, processes and people. As a member of my team you would be responsible to administer, manage, configure and support our BMC Remedy based Request Management system. You would be providing second-level technical and non-technical support towards business end-users. Your role would be to proactively identify and resolve IT issues and to manage and solve incidents and problems raised by the users.
This is a great opportunity if you love combining technology, process skills and business and customer relationships. You would belong to a team with very talented and skilled colleagues.

You are driven to work with customers and do the necessary to make their environment stable
Your Experience:
- Experience with application maintenance tasks – troubleshooting, monitoring and communication with business users, developers or 3rd party vendors
- Generic working experience with infrastructure (Windows OS and SQL databases)
Experience with application servers
Working knowledge with task management tools like JIRA
ITIL certification is a benefit but not a requirement
- Great written and verbal English language skills

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 2362 Eur (gross) to 3544 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which vary, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
