Application Support Engineer (ECM)

We work as international team, working across Sweden, Finland and now – expanding to Vilnius, Lithuania. We are looking for Application Support Engineer to join our Enterprise Content Management team. If you are interested in Telia IT, that’s your chance!

As a member of the team you would be responsible for developing and maintaining applications used for storing documentation of the whole Telia Company!

You would belong to a team with very talented and skilled colleagues.

Daily Application Support Engineer in Enterprise Content Management:

• Work with IT support tickets from Telia business users – 2nd – 3rd line support.
• Monitor the status of the Content Management platforms and act if needed, handle any service requests related to platforms.
• Support Telia business on any queries and tickets related to Content Management services.
• Attend daily operational meeting with team.
• Attend and report status in the monthly meeting.
• Plan and deploy weekly releases (sprints).
• Identify and propose improvements on systems and processes.

You have a passion for the combination of IT and collaboration in a big enterprise matrix organization. To fit in the role, you have a background in software development, with knowledge of IT applications. To enjoy the role you need to be flexible, open-minded and up for multi-tasking as there is a lot ongoing, tasks vary from day to day and priorities may change quickly.

Your experience:

• Any programming language knowledge.
• Good skills of English language.
• Willingness to learn.

Bonus (nice to have):

• Javascript and Java knowledge.

• Relation Database (Oracle, Postgres, SQL) knowledge.
• OpenText Documentum knowledge.
• Documentum Archives knowledge.
• Experience from enterprise environment.
• DevOps experience.
• Knowledge in Scrum, Agile.

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 2229 EUR (gross) to 4293 EUR (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
