Looking for Application Support team members who will be working with global application monitoring solutions for use across the company.

Responsibilities

• Collection and analysis of requirements
  
• Design, development and deployment of core infrastructure technologies
  
• Improving the core infrastructure – optimization and scalability
  
• Support the implementation of core infrastructure changes
  
• Participation in User Forum, project meetings and Working groups

Requirements

We expect you possess

• Experience in application development, configuration and customisation of Apache Tomcat, including experience in JSP pages and servlets
  
• Strong Unix/Linux system background
  
• Experience in design, development, customization and support of application/systems
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills. Analysis of user requirements and converting these into technical
  

• Understanding of ITIL - Event/Incident processes
  
• Very good English skills
