Job Description

Lead team of IT architects at Luminor. Evolve business and IT architectures along with related processes in alignment with strategy and business objectives in multiple parts of an organisation.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead multinational team of highly skilled and motivated IT Architects.
  • Create enterprise-wide architecture vision and To be target architectures including high level roadmaps for business, applications, data and technology that contribute to setting the direction and executing upon group wide strategies.
  • Drive the adoption and govern architecture best practices, standards and processes to continuously evolve the architecture over time in accordance with the Luminor strategy.
  • Leverage on and proactively use the AS-IS overview of the architectural IT landscape within own area and across Luminor in target architecture work.
  • Keep focus on own development as well as mentor stakeholders in IT and business in enterprise architectural matters to build knowledge and improve overall effectiveness of staff.
  • Advise stakeholders and provide solutions to issues in order to achieve the enterprise target architecture.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to facilitate the alignment and improvement of the architecture across multiple areas.
  • Proactively drive discussions on strategic possibilities for evolving the enterprise architecture to achieve competitive advantage, cost efficiencies, improved agility, reduced risk or improved business capabilities.
  • Organize, engage and motivate employees within your area of responsibility through building the strong team, coaching and holding direct reports accountable and developing talent in the architecture unit.
  • Contribute to team and company performance through effective networking, collaboration and leading through example.
  • Promote and support living the Luminor values and building the strong Luminor brand.

Additional tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead Technology Innovation Centre.
  • Drive Architecture Governance activities.
  • Manage technical part of Luminor’s Digital Strategy.
  • Lead architecture transformation based on Luminor’s digital agenda.
  • Other tasks relevant to the role given by direct manager and functional manager.

Requirements

Professional competencies:

  • 5+ years of working experience with enterprise and/or IT solution architecture
  • M.Sc.in Computer Science, Additional Business Management would be an advantage
