Assisting Front Office Manager in the daily routines, solving guests complaints, supervising staff, preparing work schedules.
Requirements
You should be sales minded personality with several years of hospitality industry experience, preferably from hotel reception. You should have positive outgoing attitude, self-initiative, creativity while solving challenging situations and ability to work and lead the team. Customer service oriented attitude and fluency in Lithuanian, English and Russian is a must. University degree and other languages would be a benefit.
