You should be sales minded personality with several years of hospitality industry experience, preferably from hotel reception. You should have positive outgoing attitude, self-initiative, creativity while solving challenging situations and ability to work and lead the team. Customer service oriented attitude and fluency in Lithuanian, English and Russian is a must. University degree and other languages would be a benefit.
