
Assistant Front Office Manager
Job Description
- Directs and co-ordinates all activities in the Front Office in terms of operation and administration, to ensure all efforts are direct towards guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction and a profitable Rooms division operation, in accordance to the Novotel Hotel policies and procedure
- Responsibility for sales and organization of the department, ensuring that there is a high quality service in all related departments i.e. reservations and guest services
- Develops employees' motivation and team spirit by creating a good working atmosphere
- Implements standarts and procedures of the Front Office and administration
- Helps meet the department's quantitative and qualitative targets
- Handles any guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by team members and provides a rapid solution
Requirements
English language mandatory;
