− Manages and services an assigned workstation in a Restaurant or Deli, making sure that Residents and Guests are provided consistently with courteous, prompt and efficient service done according to company standards.
− Responsible for the continuous training of his/her assistant.
− Remains friendly, courteous and constantly displays a pleasant, positive and approachable demeanour at all times while on duty.
− Follows company service standards at all times during breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events/functions and ensures consistency
− Ensures all orders are taken on the company issued order pads and that handwriting is legible.
− Communicates regularly with the Galley and Restaurant Management regarding special requests or concerns from the Residents and Guests.
− Minimum of 3 years working in a restaurant on an ultra luxury cruise ship, private club, boutique hotel, ultra luxury hotel or resort Courses or training in safety, environmental, Public Health regulations and procedures are required
− Proven track record in achieving positive comments, service scores and high revenue sales
− Able to read, write and speak fluently in English and does so at all times while on duty.
− Working experience with international clientele
− Some knowledge of beverage service is required
− Requires the knowledge of all aspects of good quality restaurant service.

Monthly salary (gross): 1500.00 to 2000.00 EUR
