Job Description

• contacts delinquent account holders by telephone or in writing and requests payment to close the account;
  
• establishes alternative payment plan or other process for payment of delinquent accounts;
  
• follows up with account holders on established payment plans;
  
• documents collection activities and may recommend further action to be taken;
  
• treats each account holder with quality customer service and professionalism.

Requirements

• good English and Dutch language skills;
  
• must possess quality customer service skills;
  
• personally motivated and goal driven;
  
• ability to work in a fast paced environment;
  
• must possess basic computer skills.
