As our B2B Account Manager you are an innovative and positive addition to our International sales team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers in Lithuania and near by countries, exciting them about learning and experiencing our innovative Cloud Call Center Solutions.
During every interaction with a customer, you will strive to understand the customer’s needs, schedule a consultation workshop and help them join the transition to process driven solutions that add value to their businesses. You will ultimately be measured and rewarded by your ability to close customers as well as doing up-sales to our current customers in your area.
ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed sales quotas
Drive a high level of self-generated pipeline activity through sales networking activities
Deliver exceptional customer service to provide the best experience throughout the sales & setup process, as well as continued support throughout contract period
Display creativity / ingenuity in presenting solutions to customers considering but uncertain about cloud solutions
Represent IP Call Centers in a professional and responsible manner
Enthusiastically educate customers about our solutions
