Who we are looking for:
As a Communication & Event Coordinator you will take overall ownership of company’s #B2B products and services external marketing communication and events. You will take ownership of B2B marketing communication and event #budget and calendar to ensure maximum return on investment. In cooperation with Sales, Product and Marketing managers you will deliver the right message to the right B2B customer segment.

Main responsibilities:
• Create and implement effective B2B external marketing #communication and event plans;
• Integrate B2B communication and events into overall company‘s communication agenda;
• Design, #budget and develop the communication roadmap;
• Identify the news within B2B part of the company, collect the information from responsible entities, transmission to spokesmen and / or internal corporate communications staff;
• Implementation of various other communication #tasks as required, including articles, photos, presentations, souvenirs, event invitation layouts and etc.
• Support project implementation (communication with partners, the content of the formation, development, speaker selection, presentation preparation);
• Create #events content and prepare presentations;
• Events with manufacturers, stands events. B2B field sponsorship projects.

Requirements:
• Know-how for B2B #business, public relations, events creation and content marketing;
• “I can do” attitude and passionate about Technologies and ICT;
• Ability to lead big projects with agencies and other departments within the company;
• Talent to build good working #relationships, but can also be tough when we need to hit quality and timing demands;
• Good stress management, excellent Lithuanian and English skills;
• Willingness to look forward for the latest trends in marketing, but also understand and can adapt to limitations that #Brandbook applies.
