B2B Sales Operations Specialist

• Maintain and improve data quality in CRM systems.
• Support data uploads, cleanup, and enrichment.
• Assist with lead assignment, routing, and basic workflow execution.
• Support sales team with pipeline updates and operational requests.
• Help prepare and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Execute and maintain existing processes and workflows.
• Support documentation of processes and best practices.
• Assist senior team members with ongoing projects.

• 0-2 years of experience in a data, operations, or administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and structured way of working.
• Comfortable working with data (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Eagerness to learn CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
• Organized, reliable, and proactive mindset.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate.
• Interest in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations as a career path.
