Operations are an independent unit that works in close cooperation with Front Office. Operations have interfaces both externally towards our clients as well as internally with the rest of the organization. The main purpose is to secure the commercial running of client orientated activities. Depending on your desire and qualifications, you will work in one of the below mentioned departments.
Knowledge of settling FX
Knowledge of settling Shares and/or CFDs including handling of corporate actions
Knowledge of settling Futures and Options
Reconciliation of Nostro Accounts
Familiar with SWIFT
Partner and Client Support
Flair for numbers and/or mathematic skills
Ability to work with various IT systems
Innovative problem solver/troubleshooter
Understand what excellent Customer service is about
Experienced SWIFT user
Good knowledge of handling/booking funds in foreign currencies
Knowledge of Cash Management
Knowledge of Due Diligence procedure (“Know your client”)
Ability to work with various systems
Capable of multitasking
