My name is Augustinas Vilkelis and I am leading IT Infrastructure Management Division in Telia Lietuva. Our team is composed of a great bunch of professionals who can deal with the most complex tasks as well as they can solve Rubik‘s Cube in a very efficient way. At the moment we are looking for a new team member – IS Administrator. Are you dare enough to take this opportunity?

As an IS administrator you will:
Manage, support, monitor and maintain critical part of our backup infrastructure;
Solve incidents and complex problems;
Propose and implement new data reliability solutions;
Develop and ensure best practices and high standards are used;
Help your younger colleagues to grow professionally.

WHO ARE YOU?
You are the type of admin who can not fall asleep until your tasks are done; you can not even fall asleep until your colleague‘s problems are not solved. In general, you are the one who is strong as an individual player but you never underestimate a power of the team and collaboration with other parts of the organization. By taking responsibility and ownership, we expect you to be the one delivering on time and driving your tasks in an efficient and simplify way.
Your personality:
Excited learner;
Digitally driven;
Technology loving;
Team spirited.
Your Experience:
Higher education in IT, physics or similar;
3 or more years hands-on experience managing large Backup infrastructures;
2 or more years hands-on experience working on Linux;
Knowledge and understanding of different Storage and SAN technologies.
You will get bonus points if you:
Have hands-on experience managing Veeam;
Can script;
Know clouds (AWS, GCP or Azure) and virtualization platforms (VMware, OpenStack).
