Job Description

  • Actively contribute to develop Sales Department Strategy
  • Revenue stream: Present, promote and sell CHEP services using solid arguments to prospective customers to meet new sales budget targets and profitability levels and to achieve the annual revenue budget.
  • Negotiate and conclude commercial agreements for medium and large accounts
  • Execute best in class sales accounts approach. Analyze the territory and market’s potential, build sales funnel and track sales. Establish, develop and maintain strong, positive business and customer relationships.
  • Asset efficiency: managing and improving asset productivity, Controlling and improving collection performances; supporting asset recovery initiatives, manage audit program
  • Coordinate sales and market development initiatives in Baltics with other team members and other departments
  • Lead department and cross-department projects and initiatives

Requirements

Experience

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in selling services in B2B, preferably supply chain or project related (hunter profile)
  • Experience in FMCG market
  • Relationships in FMCG and Retail sectors will be a plus

Skills and knowledge:

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Personal Competencies: Goal Driven, self-motivated – hunter, negotiation, prioritizing, time management organizational skills, active listener, relationship builder, team player, excellent written and verbal communication skills, training others
  • Present problem-solving approach and customer centric attitude to meet needs of potential customers
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Worked successfully in a matrix structure
  • Driving license B cat.
  • Project management skills will be a plus
  • Lithuanian and English
