BARTENDER

− Exceed Resident and Guest expectations of beverage service
− Responsible for the immediate supervision and training of the Jr. Bartenders, F&B Stewards and Deck Stewards assigned to their particular area
− Serving drinks to guests, complying fully with the Responsible Service of Alcohol policies and procedures.
− Actively promoting bar campaigns by engaging with the guests.
− Assisting with controlling bar budget and ensuring that all products, equipment and cleaning materials are used in a cost effective manner.
− Clear down routines after service, ensuring the appearance and condition of all items including glasses & bottles meet the required standards.

− Excellent knowledge of American and international bar and wine service, as well as in depth knowledge of Old and New World Wines, Spirits and Beers
− Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Bartender on an ultra luxury Cruise Ship, private club, Boutique Hotel, ultra luxury Hotel/Resort and/or Michelin Star Restaurant
− Wine certification and/or Mixology Certification by a recognized International institution preferred
− Experience promoting drinks & working to revenue targets.
− Good command of written and spoken English.
− Courses and/or training in Safety, Environmental and Public Health procedures are required.

Monthly salary (gross): 2500.00 to 3000.00 EUR
Additional information: $NET Salary + Excellent bonus structure
