UAB ,,Baltijos polistirenas“ was a family-owned company founded in 2002. From mid of 2018 it is owned by private person and two investment companies, headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania. The company brand name and logo was changed to BalPol.
BalPol supplies a selection of sandwich panels with PIR and MW insulation core for a wide variety of applications. BalPol innovative solutions make your construction process faster, safer, and more effective.

2002 – UAB ,,Baltijos polistirenas“ was founded like EPS slabs producer for building insulation. All products mainly are sold in Lithuania.
2003 – company become a member of Lithuanian EPS association.
2004 – the company obtained EN ISO 9001:2000 and EN ISO 14001:2004 certificates.
2005 – a new modern facilities for production of EPS packaging for “white goods” was open. Our sales map expanded to all Baltic States.
2006 – the EPS brand IZOPOROS was registered.
2008 – all new machinery was bought to produce EPS slabs.
2010 – a new field for company furniture factory was built, the same year this factory was sold out.
2012 – a new field of decorative ornaments out of EPS with 3D cutting machines was open. It helped to full fill every dream just out of EPS.
2015 – a new modern factory for production of PIR and MW sandwich panels was open in Utena. And again our sales map expanded to Nordic countries.
2015 – the sandwich panels brand TINKA was registered.
2016 –our self-supporting double skined metal faced insulating panels gets Certificate of constanty of performance No. 1397-CPR-0541.
2017 – one more modern line for production of Grey EPS was bought. This investment helped us to separate white and grey EPS lines.
2017 – company was rewarded with Golden medal “TINKA” – product of the year 2017
2018 – company ownership change - today company it is owned by private person and two investment companies, headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania.
2018 - the company brand name and logo was changed to BalPol.
