BI Analyst

Our purpose is to disrupt traditional banking and deliver innovative solutions directly to our banking customers. We work with some of the most advanced technologies. We are organized in small teams with full-stack developers in very close contact with our direct business reference.

Your Role

As a BI Analyst:

• You will help BI recipients translate their needs into requirements by sketching potential dashboards and defining KPI’s.
• You will find, prepare and analyze data using ETL and data visualization tools.
• You will develop and maintain dashboard and reports.
• You will correlate data potential with key business challenges.
• You will communicate the story in the data and thereby create new insights for the recipients.
• You will define future data and reporting needs.

• You are a great communicator with strong social skills and you are able to work together with diverse group of personalities and professional backgrounds - developers, UX, QA specialists.

• You have 3+ years of experience in developing BI solutions.
• You have exceptional SQL programming skills.
• You strive to learn new things and share knowledge with teammates.
• Fluent in English.
• You are open-minded, innovative, proactive, eager to learn and improve skills.

Experience with the following considered as an advantage:

• Strong personal impact with excellent communication and data visualization skills (Tableau / PowerBI / SAS / Alteryx).
• Experience with DWH. 
• Python / R programming skills.
