Requirements
Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.
Strong German language skills, both verbal and written.
Customer focus, proven by customer-oriented attitude and/or customer service experience.
Flexibility regarding work time (position includes working on a rotating 8 hour shift pattern from 6 o’clock in the morning to 12 o’clock in the evening).
