Job Description

• Resolving customer queries mostly via e-mail and/or chat by analyzing root cause and owning through to resolution.
• Providing guidance to customers on services policy and governance.
• Processing transactions in a professional and consistent manner following clearly defined processes.
• Managing customer records on CRM.

Requirements

• Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong skills in one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French or German.
• Customer focus, proven by customer-oriented attitude and/or customer service experience.
• Flexibility regarding work time (position includes working on a rotating 8 hour shift pattern from 6 o’clock in the morning to 12 o’clock in the evening).
