Job Description

The call centre Tier 1 Technology Support Specialist handles requests that facilitate the money transfer process. The requests come from our customers across EMEA and Support Specialists are required to meet a high level of service excellence in responding to the customer’s request. These requests are primarily received into the centre via phone calls. The Technology Support Specialist will resolve additional requests from internal departments on a as needs basis once approved by their managing team leader.


  • Provide professional customer complaint handling and first contact resolution of IT-related requests
  • Adhere to agreed schedules (including assigned tasks) and rosters
  • Make decisions on Compliance and Security issues, however those decisions that pose a higher risk are referred to the respective department
  • Adherence to daily schedule measured daily, monthly and quarterly
  • Contribute to individual and team targeted KPIs for Abandonment Rate, Service Level and Agent/Customer satisfaction surveys


  • Customer service experience in any of the following industries: technology services, retail, hospitality, administration, banking with preference for call centre experience
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Demonstrated experience in working in a multicultural team
  • IT skills (at least user-level)
  • Additional language is a plus (Swedish/French/Spanish/German/Russian)
