Brand Manager Lithuania

• Propose long-term Marketing strategy for selected brands in line with company targets and ensures development of said brands in Lithuania;
• Collect and analyzes consumer needs, habits and attitudes and incorporate these into brand strategy and brand plans;
• Identify key market trends and competitor strategies to recommend best course of action for company‘s brands;
• Understand company’s strategic priorities and financial goals;
• Ensure brand portfolio’ financials, including Net Sales and EBITDA;
• Prepare yearly Marketing plan in line with International guidelines and local Sales plans;
• Translate brand priorities into ATL/BTL marketing plans;
• Execute all brand related Marketing activities and drive all elements of the marketing mix: product portfolio development, pricing strategy, advertising & promotions and sales channels;
• Develop the commercial plan for all new launches;
• Together with Country Sales Manager ensure Pharmacy visibility and set up distribution targets for selected brands;
• Develop relevant communication to not only consumers, but also other key stakeholders (Pharmacists, Doctors, Trade partners);
• Optimize, monitor and control brand budgets;
• Monitor, evaluate and report monthly brand volume/value share development;
• Participate in Forecast Planning to minimize OOS and inventory write-offs;
• Responsible for internal and external communication.

• University degree;
• 2-3 years of relevant experience with consumer health products. Rx business would be preferable;
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English - verbal and in writing, basic Russian would be a plus;
• Ability to work in dynamic environment, multi-tasking;
• Good planning skills;
• Ability to work both individually and in the team, to cooperate on cross-country level and with different business units.
