Job Description

  • Develop long term and short term brand marketing strategy & tactics in order to reach agreed brands' objectives.
  • Identify specific brand portfolio strategy, contributes to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes brand portfolio for key customers within different channels.
  • Prepare & execute yearly brand plan according agreed brand objectives in volume, market shares, profitability and brand communication KPIs.
  • Brief and coordinate cooperation with media, creative, BTL, research agencies to develop & execute effective consumer & shopper communication plans.
  • Effectively use investment budget, insuring financial brand's objectives are met.
  • Perform analysis of relevant brand performance data (marketing research, sales, communication performance, trade environment) to identify business opportunities.
  • Monitor constantly sales results considering brands' regional and trade channel sales performance as a basis to identifying needs for corrective actions to be taken.
  • Develop an efficient communication network within other functions to deliver the plan.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing, FMCG preferably.

•     Successful experience leading cross-functional projects.

•     Commercial acumen.

•     Good presentation skills.

  • Good attention to details and a “can do” attitude.

•     Strong communication and relationship building skills.

•     Fluent in English.

•     Driving license (B).

Desirable advantages:
