We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join our Marketing Division. This is a uniquely exciting opportunity for you to develop your marketing profile in a resourceful environment full of opportunities to express your talent and learn from the best professionals.
Your next challenges?
Your main goal will be to continue building value for the brand in order to grow in a highly competitive market. You will be expected to transform the brand vision into objectives, define and deliver the strategically sound communication, develop brand programs together with the partners, agencies. With many sources available for you about your consumer, brand powers and weaknesses, competitive environment and the business, you will be able to learn and utilize your knowledge straight away. You will foresee the steps of a big plan and will set the Brand agenda to correct the drawbacks and unlock new opportunities.
Who are you?
You are motivated, self-driven and passionate marketer with proven competencies to lead the the brand on your own. You apply consumer first approach and can transform insights into motivating actions. You dare to take leadership and know how to drive creativity. Leading complex projects is something that excites you and excels in building strong relationships. You can prioritize across many agendas and manage the time effectively. While having a broad perspective, you are able to maintain attention to details. You are fluent in English and have natural interest in digital.
Your personality:

- You are always full of ideas, never stop looking for the new ones
- You are collaborative, open-minded, enjoy the environment of constant change
Your experience:
- Strong leadership and management skills, at least 2+ years’ managing the brand, preferably in an international organization.
- You have been defining various brand strategies, have experienced the impact of different scenarios, went through a number of different learnings.
- You are good at judging on creative solutions and managing agencies, other partners.
- You know how the business works and understand that all the marketing effort it takes is to contribute to the business results long and short term.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must to fulfill the role

Working in this position you will receive a base salary 1500 - 2000Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
