We are currently looking for experienced Brand Manager to join Telia Marketing Division. You will lead the brand in all aspects from developing and executing brand campaigns to co-creation of brand products and offers.
Your next challenges?
Be ready to take over the brand activities from the day one – the luxury of slow start is not available at this position. Starting to know your consumer, investigating the market environment, familiarizing yourself with the products will be your first priority. After that – hands on! Together with the team and the agency partners you will lead the development of future brand communication and make campaigns come to live. You will be closely working with the commercial team while developing offers and products for your consumers at the same time keeping a close eye on business targets and competition.

Who are you?
Motivated, self-driven and enthusiastic marketeer with a at least 2-3 years of experience managing the brand. You demonstrate clear and consistent thinking and know how to develop and run full scale advertising campaigns. You work well within the team and the agencies. You are fluent in Lithuanian and English.
Your personality:
- Likes to get hands dirty - Be a "doer"
- You are fast, persistent and do not give up easily
- You like freedom to act and you do it in a responsible way
- Self-driven, open-minded & like the environment full of change
- Organized with excellent time management
- Open, has humility and able to be get along with people
Your experience:
- At least 1-3 years’ experience working with the brand and launching full scale brand campaigns
- Confidence to prioritize across many agendas, operate in highly complex and rapidly changing environment
- High competence and motivation to lead the brand
