Back in 2007 Telia offered to the market the very first fiber internet in Lithuanian market - TEO. Since then we have introduced numerous novelties – we were the first to offer 100 Mb/s and 1 Gb/s download speeds, equip clients with the latest WiFi5 routers and launch WiFi extenders to ensure best quality internet in every room.
Joining Telia as a Broadband projects manager, you are going to expand our B2C internet business, both fixed and mobile broadband. The position focuses on two main pillars: fiber development and strategic initiatives management. Development consists of (1) implementation of long-term B2C fixed broadband development strategy and (2) management of a multi-million development portfolio for fiber infrastructure construction. You will have the power to decide which address is worthwhile to have Fiber internet. Initiatives management include (1) implementation of the long-term B2C services strategy and (2) management of Mass market initiative portfolio. You will have an opportunity to shape the future of Telia’s B2C services.
As a part of the B2C Broadband Team, you will have strong support from your peers and will interact with a wide set of colleagues from various fields both here in Lithuania as well from other Telia markets. I am Benas Bizas and I am leading the B2C Broadband team here at Telia Lietuva.

Your experience:
- Have a working experience in either real estate development or project management.
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are an advantage.
- English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.

Working in this position you will receive a base salary 1500-2000 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
