Job Description


  • Supports design, preparation, delivery, and need assessment of training and development programs for agents/customers
  • Supports needs for first-agents/customer development training determined by partnering with Business Unit's
  • Manage and/or create User Data, including login, passwords, system access levels and user groups/audience if applicable
  • Manage and/or create Permissions to include granting permissions for a variety of functions within the system
  • Manage reporting, to include configuring reports, maintaining reports and delivering reports within defined SLA’s
  • Manage and/or create system properties, to include email notices, various system setting options and other system property related duties
  • First line of in-house support for web based system users. Key point person for issue escalation
  • Contact person for vendor release/update information and coordinates updates
  • Maintain and update FAQ for training related questions
  • Maintain and update training courses within system
  • Stabilize processes and ensure consistent utilization of the global system
  • Test/Validate and upload compliant training content within system
  • Organize training content within system defined domains, categories, audiences, and curriculum


  • Ability to plan and manage projects involving multiple stakeholders using formalized processes and tools
  • Strong business knowledge equivalent to that of completion of a 4-year business degree and 6-8 years business experience
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of effective presentations to report progress to senior management
  • 1+ year System Administration experience highly desired
  • Proven communication skills.
  • Documentation experience is desired
