Job Description

Your future role:

  • Processing and monitoring AP invoices across Staticus Group companies.
  • Administrate purchasing system from accounting side.
  • Vendor account maintenance, closing activities, reconciliations and etc.
  • Manage business travel accounting across Staticus Group companies.
  • Performing other periodical accounting procedures, e.g. accruals posting, month-end task, submission of tax declarations to authorities.
  • Continuously keep on improving local law regulations knowledge to ensure the efficiency of accounting processes.
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders and vendors, resolving various queries while maintaining high level of customer service.


What do we expect from you?

  • Education in accounting, finance or economics, currently pursuing or obtained in the final year.
  • Interest in updates to Lithuanian legislation regulating accounting, taxes, and business activities.
  • Business travel and VAT accounting experience is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills (Advanced MS Office user), experience with Scala accounting software is a plus.
  • Good communication skills, quick adaptability, openness, and responsibility.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
