I am Ramunė Antaniūnienė and I am leading Supply Chain Process Development and Implementation team in Telia. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.
Right now, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and to run business needs analysis and lead throughout implementation, assuring effective delivery.
Your next challenge?
You'll be playing one of the key roles in strategic projects, taking responsibility for facilitating, analyzing, evaluating and documenting business requirements for supply chain process development to assure efficient and high-quality process development change.
As a Business Analyst, you will be:
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement
Performing requirements analysis, drawing charts, flows
Gathering and documenting information from meetings with various stakeholders
Working closely with various business and IT stakeholders in searching for most efficient solutions
Ensuring provided solution meet business needs and requirements
Participating in acceptance of delivered solution

Your experience
Experience in supply chain area
Experience in process improvement in complex international companies including large IT systems
Knowing Agile/SAFE methodology, process drawing tools is a great advantage
Experience of managing relevant relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Great in supporting and training colleagues
University degree in relevant field or equivalent education
Excellent English both written and spoken

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary 2060 - 3100 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
