Job Description

You will be part of the Business Analyst team in the pension IT development area. The Pension & Insurance Operations team is responsible for maintaining and operating the Pension & Insurance systems used by Danske Bank and Danica Pension in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. Pension & Insurance Operation is driven by strong engagement and good humor.

Responsibilities:

• Transform business needs and requirements into World Class Customer solutions and Experiences
  
• Be the link between Business and IT
  
• Prototyping/Visualization
  
• Describe the Customer Journey – End2End
  
• Challenge the Business, Your Team, Your Manager, etc. so we are sure we make the right Solutions from a Customer Point of view
  
• Analyse, prepare, make a plan and carry out the Tasks in the Project related to Business Development
  
• Self-directed work style
  
• Work in Agile Teams with own responsibility for delivering what is agreed in right time
  
• Assist for project manager in maintaining project backlog and project roadmap

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of business analysis (BA) experience in a global organization
  
• Excellent communication in English (spoken and written)
  
• Good cooperation skills and attention to details
  
• Proven track record of delivering customer centric solutions
  
• Proven ability to liaise with business partners in other countries to ensure that solutions meet requirements
  
• Be able to make sense out of complexity and communicate this clearly
  
• Keywords: analytic, business acumen, serendipity, holistic, business sense, curiosity
  
• Education in finance, economy or mathematic as well as experience with Axure or IBM RDNG tools would be considered as an advantage
