Business Analyst in Real Estate Finance (Problem Management team)

As a Business Analyst you will be working closely with the business area for Mortgage Loans and other relevant stakeholders. You will gain a deep insight into Mortgage Loans and banking in general. We are developing and maintaining Danish Mortgage Loans from start to end and have a system portfolio of more than 100 IT systems.

Responsibilities:
• Defining, validating and communicate business impact of incidents and problems
• Understanding root cause of the problem and ensuring it is aligned to the business needs
• Translating business needs into a clear specification that can be used for development
• Participating in the development as well as performing system test and follow up-on user test is part of the job
• Assisting in prioritization of problems and participating in change advisory boards is an integral part of your daily work
• You will work on smaller and larger tasks depending on the specific business needs and your specific competencies

• Bachelor degree in finance, software engineering or equivalent
• Proven track record as IT Business Analyst
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Ability to challenge the business in requirements development
• Focus on high quality in the end-to-end lifecycle
• Holistic thinking and open-minded
• Fluent English skills
• Danish language skills (advantage)
• ITIL foundation certificate (advantage)
• Knowledge of Service Now (advantage)
• Experience within operation of mortgage loans or banking in general (advantage)
