About the role


The ServiceNow team develops, operates and continuously improves IT service management technologies centred on ServiceNow, which is Danske Bank’s main tool in this area.

As ServiceNow is expanding the perspective beyond IT service management tool support to other administrative processes, these functionalities will also be considered for Danske Bank. 

The team is located across 3 countries (Denmark, Lithuania, India) and has main stakeholders in all countries. The team currently consists of a developer team of 6 individuals, 1 business analyst, and 1 SACM manager.


Responsibilities


    • Managing the service, i.e. the incident, problem, change and release processes related to ServiceNow
    • Manage demand for new projects and task and clarify business requirements
    • Facilitate the dialogue between projects and developers’ team
    • Product management of the modules provided by ServiceNow and integrated technologies, incl. Flexera and xMatters

 

Requirements

    • Familiarity with ITIL, preferably ITIL Foundation certified
    • Working experience with Business and requirement analysis, problem solving
    • Ability to gain new business knowledge
    • Facilitating workshops and meetings in small to medium sizes
    • Excellent English skills
    • Understanding customer needs and ability to create value for the customers
    • Ability to challenge is considered to be a natural part of business analysis
    • Interacts both internally and externally with high professionalism across borders and organizational levels
    • Have a strong ability to organise and structure work
    • The ability to think and work holistically
    • Focus on delivering high quality solution
