About the role
The ServiceNow team develops, operates and continuously improves IT service management technologies centred on ServiceNow, which is Danske Bank’s main tool in this area.
As ServiceNow is expanding the perspective beyond IT service management tool support to other administrative processes, these functionalities will also be considered for Danske Bank.
The team is located across 3 countries (Denmark, Lithuania, India) and has main stakeholders in all countries. The team currently consists of a developer team of 6 individuals, 1 business analyst, and 1 SACM manager.
