Business and Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs, identify and systematize requirements, find solutions, and coordinate with customers.
• Prepare technical and design-type project documentation.
• System design, involving the creation of technical specifications (including user cases and test cases).
• Collaborate with developers by submitting technical tasks, participating in sprint planning following -Agile Scrum methodology, and ensuring task completion.
• Manage project progress, scope, and changes, take responsibility for project results and quality.
• Design and implement comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. IT field - as a big plus.
• At least 3 years experience in Analyst or similar role.
• Ability to apply methodologies for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and drawing conclusions from data.
• Knowledge of modern computer technologies and familiarity with software tools like Jira or Confluence, etc.
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in Russian and English.
