Business Controller

I am Ligita Kazakeviciute and I am leading Planning & Reporting team in Business Control department. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.

Your next challenge?
We are now looking for a Business Controller to support Planning & Reporting team with forecasting, monthly management reporting and performance management. In this exciting role, you will be working very close to other business controllers and line managers in the organization.

Your responsibilities:
• Support in monthly closings and management reporting
• Support in planning & forecasting processes
• Operational financial support
• Various analysis on customer, cost, profitability ratios to drive profitability, cost and cash flow efficiency
• Internal controls

Who are you?

You are a person who wants to gain a broad finance perspective. Also, you have a high ability to understand business models and scenarios, challenge and drive continues improvements.

Your experience:
• Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance or similar
• More than 1.5 years of relevant work experience
• Basic knowledge in accounting and reporting
• Analytical skills, excellent attention to detail as well as ability to see the big picture
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and very good knowledge in English
