My name is Asta Bagdonaviciene and I’m looking for Business Data Analyst in our Reporting and Data Vizualization Team. Our purpose is to help the organization to be data driven by offering trusted sources of information for frontline and management.

You will initiate and drive mapping of our information model, actively participate in our Organization‘s transformation, roam through our system landscape and enable the business to understand the value we hold.
Our team mainly based in Vilnius has the overall responsibility for providing the organization with variety of analytical products – reporting, data management, customer retention activities and various organizational support via reporting and analysis.

You are independent and with a strong drive. Still, you’re a team player that appreciates an inclusive team environment. You can work in a matrix structure with conflicting priorities. It is great if you understand telecommunications industry. But fear not, you will not be alone, our whole team will be there to support.

Your experience:
2+ years with any programming language (SQL, SAS, Python, R or other for data management)
Data visualisation toolkit (we use QlikSense and SAP BO, though any other adequate fits)
Stakeholder management and communication skillset
Numerically minded degree (Econometrics, Math, Statistics, Data engineering or similar)

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary 1900 - 2900 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
