Job Description

The Business developer is responsible, together with the other members of the Purchasing team, for managing
and developing suppliers within a fixed geographical area in order to optimize the price, quality, capacity and delivery service of IKEA products.

Requirements

To apply for this position:

You have experience from doing business, business development and purchasing
You have good knowledge in Economics, Financing, calculations
You have sound knowledge of production conditions, including relevant materials.
You have good leadership and negotiation skills

The position also requires:

good knowledge of the market, including players and their abilities within given areas
good knowledge in written and verbal English
a valid driving licence
ability to travel 100 days per year
