Eskimi is looking for a Business development manager based in Vilnius to help us grow by recruiting new companies in Lithuania who would hire their full time technical talent abroad. - Find new partners in development, start-up and HR agency fields who are looking to hire technical teams from Bangladesh.
- Managing and growing existing client portfolio
- Changing the mindset of European companies by convincing them to hire their full time technical talent abroad
- Working closely with HR team in Bangladesh to grow candidate pool.
