Job Description

BM Certification is looking for an active business development manager who is ready to take new challenges, are able to work independently with our support to bring our company to the next level. With the aim to enter the market with new products and grow our share of the business.



  • Active sales of ISO and/ or Product certification standards certification services and trainings,
  • Establishment and maintenance of successful cooperation with new and existing clients,
  • Preparation of competitive offers that meet customer needs,
  • Be responsible for business development strategy and execution in the market,
  • Represent the company in stakeholder dialogues related to business development issues,
  • Organize work independently, but also be a team player to bring value to the BM Certification group business development.


  • Successful experience in active sales,

  • Higher education (advisable),

  • Very good knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages written and spoken, and the advantage will be knowledge of the Russian language,

  • Understanding of business processes and the advantage will be any experience related to forestry and wood products sector or food sector;

  • Knowledge of ISO and/ or Product certification standards will be considered an advantage,

  • Strong time management and organizational skills,

  • Excellent negotiation, communication and persuasion skills,

  • Thoroughness, fast orientation, persistence and initiative,

  • Ability to travel.
