- Direct and oversee the marketing and sales activities of the Company to identify and develop
new customers for the Company's services and turn this into increased business;
- Identify potential customers and decision makers within the customer organization to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities;
- Research and build relationships with new customers;
- Maintain business relationships with existing customers;
- Monitor and analyse sales and marketing activity against targets and competitors;
- Search for new business opportunities.
Reikalavimai
- University graduate in Economics, Business Administration;
- At least 3–5 years experience in Sales, Marketing and Project Management;
- Strong in selling techniques and negotiation skills;
- Proactive, well organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently;
- Very good command of spoken and written English and Lithuanian.
