Business Insight Analyst

Get ready to

• Act as a key advisor to the marketing and/or product managers on defining business questions and finding solutions through data analysis
• Work independently or shoulder-to-shoulder with colleagues on the data team to share findings and recommendations with stakeholders
• Overlook and build dashboards, perform ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative analyses, provide consultations on monthly results for stakeholders
• Plan, oversee, and/or execute problem root cause analysis to address business challenges
• Continually look for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and provide better value to the customer

We expect you to

• Have strong analytical skills: especially in problem-solving, interpreting data, and reporting
• Have great communication skills: be able to gather and share important information with stakeholders
• Have a basic understanding of digital (subscription-based) business and digital marketing, awareness of main KPIs
• Fully own tasks, pro-actively seek collaboration, and be ready to get hands-on if needed
• Have experience working with at least one of BI tools: Looker (a plus), Power BI, Tableau, ClickView, or similar
• Have basic SQL Skills: Ability to extract and manipulate data using SQL script is a plus
