Job Description
Business Systems Analysts provide leadership throughout the whole lifecycle of a product development. Collaborate with business units in several countries and provide visibility, work estimates and schedules for our internal customers.
•Lead and manage product development according to Agile Values and Principles
•Act as the bridge between IT and the business to constantly strive to improve performance and relevance of our products
•Work with business to understand desired impacts of new developments, and Data Scientists to evaluate and plan accordingly
•Working closely with developers in an agile way, to deliver solutions where sustainable quality and speed of the execution are important.Ensuring the Backlog is prioritized and up to date

Requirements
•Ability to deal with ambiguity, uncertainty and unknowns in requirements and experience in with exploration and experimentation of products requirements
•Experience prioritizing the work and managing the product backlog
•Experience in change management and re-scoping
•Experience with product roadmap, release and iteration planning
•Experience with different agile estimation techniques and understanding of when and where each technique is appropriate
•Sufficient experience in writing and detailing good-enough epics and user stories that adhere to the INVEST criteria
•Ability to travel once a month
•Be fluent in Lithuanian and English
•Experience prioritizing the work and managing the product backlog
•Experience in change management and re-scoping
