Business Travel Management Specialist (German required)

Job Description

This position offers a unique opportunity to join HR Support Service team at Festo Lithuania and be part of Business Travel Management support and administration processes. Your duties will include handling from various admin tasks to being a contact person for Festo Germany colleagues. You will have the possibility to gain valuable experience, acquire new skills and competencies while working in the dynamic environment with international colleagues.

Your daily workday will look like:

  • 1st level support to Festo Germany colleagues related to business travel management topics;
  • Administrating existing travel management systems;
  • Carrying out market research, analysis and reporting activities;
  • Coordination function for tenders;
  • Other administrative tasks upon request.

Requirements

  • English and German (B1-C1) language skills;
  • Attention to quality and detail;
  • Very good computer literacy;
  • Responsibility and professionalism;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Proactive self-learner.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in preparation of reports and analyses.
