Campaign Manager is a key member of Customer Value Management and Convergence team responsible for end-to-end execution of B2C communication.

Essential functions:
- Management of communication pipeline to existing customer base (direct messages, self-service, billing)
- Execution of direct marketing campaigns in collaboration with Service Owners, Business Insights, Design and Marketing
- Ownership of campaign management tool and its functional upgrades
- Leading communication process improvements to increase efficiency of direct marketing campaigns
- Monitoring adherence to internal Tone of Voice, copywriting and legal guidelines
- Troubleshooting any issues surfaced during campaign lifecycle

Requirements:
- University degree (master or MBA preferred), advanced PC skills, fluent English
- 3+ years successful and proven experience in customer service or segment/product management, marketing or consulting position
- Solid knowledge in marketing, customer service, project management and offering development
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to work in a team setting with a diverse groups of employees, managers and external contacts
- Strong problem solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- Analytical, organization and oral/written communication skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, engaged team member with high degree of professionalism
