Job Description
- Playing one of the central roles within the Quality Management System by managing product and process corrective and preventive actions at corporate level
- Overseeing, monitoring and driving CAPA process
- Working as a part of Quality and Regulatory Affairs team, focusing on the continuous improvement of quality management system and its processes effectiveness and compliance
- Working in a cross-functional environment, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical, Product management and other teams, to address and resolve quality issues and to close gaps identified by audits
- Managing CAPA as projects from initiation to completion
- Managing CAPA coordination staff.
Requirements
- High education
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English and Lithuanian
- Good working with others and problem solving skills
- Proactivity and ability to learn
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to take leadership in a work
- Ability to motivate interested parties and work closely with them to determine best practices and acceptable solutions
- Good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE
- Understanding of Quality Assurance systems
- Understanding of project management.
