CAPA MANAGER (Pabradė)

Job Description

  • Playing one of the central roles within the Quality Management System by managing product and process corrective and preventive actions at corporate level
  • Overseeing, monitoring and driving CAPA process
  • Working as a part of Quality and Regulatory Affairs team, focusing on the continuous improvement of quality management system and its processes effectiveness and compliance
  • Working in a cross-functional environment, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical, Product management and other teams, to address and resolve quality issues and to close gaps identified by audits
  • Managing CAPA as projects from initiation to completion
  • Managing CAPA coordination staff.

Requirements

  • High education
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English and Lithuanian
  • Good working with others and problem solving skills
  • Proactivity and ability to learn
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to take leadership in a work
  • Ability to motivate interested parties and work closely with them to determine best practices and acceptable solutions
  • Good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE

  • Understanding of Quality Assurance systems
  • Understanding of project management.
