The main goal of this role will be to successfully develop the business of mass market #equipment for B2B customers by analyzing the global trends, identifying customers’ needs, having close cooperation with the equipment producers and distributors. The role includes the responsibility of equipment sales forecasting, designing the #assortment, negotiation and #cost control of the equipment, go-to-market and performance tracking.

Essential functions:
• Responsibility in leading equipment business line and ensuring achievement of quarterly and annual business targets;
• Development of short & long term equipment #commercial strategy with the focus to achieving revenue, contribution, devices lifecycle management and customers’ up-sell & cross-sell targets;
• Track devices performance in the market, including #revenue, profitability, NPS, churn etc.;
• Approve annual device budgets, profitability targets, quarterly portfolio changes;
• Run a rolling 180 day forecasts, track orders, deliveries, sell-in/out. Ensure fulfillment of devices business plans for each of the #category assigned;
• Constant #cooperation with B2C & B2B Commercial, Products, All-segment Sales and other key departments to execute devices strategy & tactics in order to achieve business results;
• Analyses of domestic and global competitive landscape.

Requirements:
• Experience in telco, FMCG, retail or consumer electronics industries leading product / category management or marketing;
• Advanced negotiation skills;
• Ability to develop strong #relationships with a broad set of partners and stakeholders including outside vendors;
• Sales performance management, finance, inventory management experience within regional company or in a domestic market leader;
• Highly numerate, very sound commercial skills, #analytical thinking;
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple categories simultaneously;
• University degree, advanced PC skills, fluent English and Lithuanian;
• Must be a team player, willing to collaborate with cross-functional teams to constructively #challenge and cooperatively make improvements.
