Job Description
- Commercial assessment and deal origination;
- Asset management – efficiency improvements and bank loan negotiations and agreements;
- Property management - maintenance planning and monitoring;
- Leasing/Tenant management - tenant relationship, negotiations, commercial conceptualization, filling vacancies;
- Development – exploring new opportunities, tenant adaptation and alterations, construction management/supervisory;
- Cooperation with Baltic team.
Requirements
- Commercial real estate market 5+ years of experience;
- Project management experience;
- Fluent English language skills (verbal and written);
- Proactive and autonomous.
