CEO (p2p marketplace)

As the CEO, your role will be to take the business to the next level. With a clear vision for growth you will lead professional team of analysts, developers and customer care specialists your responsibilities will be:
- Company's strategic goals implementation;
- Further development of an international alternative investment platform;
- Company owned loan portfolio management and development;
- Formation and implementation of investment attraction strategy;
- Representation of the company in the public space;
- Formation and leading team of highly motivated professionals;
- Budget planning and enforcement control;
- Performance analysis and optimization;
- Maintenance of internal processes and their implementation.

- Leading experience in financial services sector (or similar);
- Higher education (economics, finance, business management, etc.);
- Good knowledge of financial management, ability to measure indicators and represent the company in negotiations with partners;
- IT and digital marketing knowledge;
- Analytical skills, experience in strategic planning and budget management;
- Ability to take a strong leadership in team and strategy development while being a hands-on manager;
- Good business English language skills (Russian would be nice to have);
