I am Elina Dapkevičienė and I am leading the team here at "Telia Lietuva". We are currently looking for a Change Lead Consumer Business.

Each of the topics consist of key initiatives, with defined objectives and key results, a clear owner and cross-functional teams to benefit from the change. Yet, to capture the full value of the change, we are looking for a person who will drive the team to move ahead in manner that is commercially aligned, coordinated across organisation & demanding the highest out-put.  As a part of the Pricing and Offering Team, you will have a strong support from your peers and will interact with a wide set of colleagues from various fields.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Establishment of a coordinating function for all change initiatives within transformation, with representatives in Commercial Team (CT) in Pricing & Offering Team and Equipment divisions;
  • Set up change plans consisting of change activities, communication and training main stakeholders of CT;
  • Coordinate and secure alignment of change initiatives and business priorities & their timings;
  • Collaborate with initiative owners to ensure the business case for change is delivered;
  • Identify and monitor KPIs to monitor change progress;
  • Follow up change readiness among CT to balance activities and efforts.

  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Good understanding of business and organizational issues & challenges

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary 2100 – 3000 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Additionally, each Telia employee receives additional employee benefits package which includes:
